Philosophy
MORE THAN BUILDER-GRADE
Our high-quality, beautiful, comfortable new-construction homes in Bloomington, Indiana, and surrounding communities are more than builder-grade. And we won’t cut corners on your home renovation or remodel. We take the time to create character, working with each client to bring their dream home to life.
Careful finishing, transparent client communication and fee structure, and the highest standards from foundation to punch list set us apart as one of the best home builders in Bloomington. Our roster of expert tradespeople enjoy working with us and want to deliver their best on every build. Our clients refer us to friends and family, and we take great pride in the trusting relationships we’ve built in the last decade.
We don’t build 100 houses each year. We build houses to last 100 years.
